I started my career as a network administrator working on the help desk and spent the early years working with IT Infrastructure systems, including servers, databases, and networking equipment. I was soon promoted to Infrastructure Manager, managing a team of systems administrators. My responsibilities included the development and execution of strategic projects and organizational plans. I have over 30 years of IT experience and have consistently proven an ability to meet deadlines, achieve project objectives, solve mission-critical problems, and prioritize crucial tasks while maintaining the high standards expected of my role.

My career started at New United Motor Manufacturing Inc (NUMMI) in Fremont, Ca, in 1994. I worked in the roles of a Network Engineer and Infrastructure Manager. At NUMMI, I learned the Toyota Just-In-Time Production System that included the principles of Muda, Kanban, and Kaizen. Toward the end of my career at NUMMI, I switched focus from managing technology to improving IT processes. My next career opportunity began in 2009 with a solar company in Perrysburg, Ohio. AT First Solar, I enjoyed the roles of an Infrastructure Solution Manager, ITSM Program Manager, and Projects and Services Portfolio Manager.
